Při rozběhnuté angíně určitě můžete užívat a ani v kombinace s ATB není problém, i když za zásadní považujeme aplikaci v dostatečné frekvenci i kvantitě především v době po dobrání antibiotik, kdy během pár dnů výrazně klesne obsah ATB v krvi a angína má tendenci se vracet.

we definitely recommend starting the application as soon as possible and a few sprays should be enough in the small oral cavity, but the more often the better, at least every half hour (of course only when the son is awake) and if possible, get as deep into the throat as possible. Of course, we must recommend a visit to the doctor and a rest regime with a light diet and a supply of fresh air.

Dobry den, sym 3,5 let si od rana stezuje na bolest v krku. Aktualne nema teplotu, ale bolest je zjevne velmi intenzivni, poplakava, ze ho to boli. Streptokill mam doma novy, koupila jsem ho preventivne. V jake intenzite ho mohu diteti davkovat a po jake dobe eventuelne vyhledat lekare, resp.kdy lze videt, zda streptokill zabral. určitě doporučujeme začít aplikovat co nejdříve a u malé dutiny ústní by mělo stačit pár střiků, ale čím častěji, tím lépe, klidně každou půlhodinu (samozřejmě jen když je syn vzhůru) a pokud možno co nejhlouběji se v hrdle dostanete. Samozřejmě musíme doporučit návštěvu lékaře a klidový režim s lehkou stravou a přísunem čerstvého vzduchu.

How many days does the streptokill take for that terrible sore throat? Is it possible to stop the antibiotics completely after two days and continue the treatment with streptokill? I don't think you would make a mistake. The problem could be, for example, that it was not a bacterial, but a viral disease. E.g. about infectious mononucleosis (see e.g. infectious mononucleosis, mononucleosis ). In any case, even in this case, Streptokill usually brings relief, even though it does not act on the causative agent of the disease, i.e. viruses, but "only" disinfects the throat from pathogens that accumulate in it as a secondary product of a viral infection.
The fact that she took antibiotics immediately could indicate that the origin of the disease could be of viral origin, for which antibiotics are ineffective. In the case of streptococcal origin, antibiotics will almost always help significantly, at least for a short time, and relief will occur even in patients with reduced immunity or with resistant strains of bacteria, when the streptococcus is only temporarily suppressed, even if it is not completely destroyed, and the return of serious symptoms occurs only a few days after the antibiotics are taken, when their level in the blood drops to a negligible level.
We recommend taking antibiotics as prescribed if you have already started taking them.

Volala jsem vam na zpet a chtela se jen zeptat abych si utvrdila, ze jsem neudelala pritom uzivani streptokoku nejakou chybu, hned v den kdy me zacalo malicko skrabat v krku tak jsem zacala strikat streptokill na druhy den me zacalo bolet o dost vice v krku a mela jsem tam i bile fleky na mandlich (taktez jsem strikala streptokill), zimnici a teplotu, streptokok pozitivni vyter z krku. Doktorka mi hned predepsala antibiotika. Takze kdych teoreticky nezacala s antibiotikami a uzivala nadale streptokill tak by mi to zabralo? Kolikaty den zabere ten streptokill na tu hroznou bolest v krku? Je mozne ted po dvou dnech antibiotik je uplne vysadit a pokracovat lecbou se streptokillem? Dekuji moc za informace. :-)

nemyslím si, že byste udělala chybu. Problém může být např. v tom, že se nejednalo o bakteriální, ale o virové onemocnění. Např. o infekční mononukleosu (viz. např. infekční mononukleóza, mononukleosa). Každopádně i v tomto případě přináší Streptokill většinou úlevu, i když nepůsobí na původce nemoci, tj. na viry, ale "pouze" dezinfikuje hrdlo od patogenů, které se v něm hromadí jako sekundární produkt virové infekce.
To, že antibiotika ihned nazabrala by mohlo ukazovat právě na to, že původ onemocnění mohl mít virový původ, na který jsou antibiotika neúčinná. V případě streptokokového původu totiž antibiotika téměř vždy minimálně na krátkou dobu výrazně pomohou a dojde k úlevě i u pacientů se sníženou imunitou resp. s rezistentními kmeny bakterií, kdy je streptokok jen dočasně potlačen, i když není zcela zahuben a k návratu vážných příznaků dochází až několik dní po dobrání antibiotik, kdy jejich hladina v krvi poklesne na zanedbatelnou úroveň.
Antibiotika doporučujeme dobrat dle předpisu, pokud už jste je začali užívat.
Účinky Streptokillu bohužel ze zákona nemůžeme komentovat a je tak třeba vycházet výhradně z autentických recenzí pacientů, kteří se podělili o své zkušenosti na našich či jiných webových stránkách.
